From SEO to AI Search Optimization
Making Your Real Estate Website Discoverable in the AI Era
Maximizing your website’s performance today requires more than traditional SEO—it demands AI Search Optimization (AEO). As buyers increasingly turn to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Alexa, and Siri to find homes, your online visibility now depends on how well your content is understood and presented by both search engines and AI-driven platforms.

Our system blends proven SEO strategies with next-generation AI discoverability—ensuring your website, listings, and community pages appear not just on Google, but also in AI-powered search results where modern homebuyers are asking questions like “What’s the best neighborhood in Goodyear for families?” or “Show me new construction homes in Buckeye with pools.”

While high-volume terms such as “Homes for Sale in Goodyear” remain valuable, the biggest opportunities lie in long-tail, intent-based searches like “Single-story homes for sale in Goodyear under $500K.” These highly specific phrases attract motivated, ready-to-act buyers. By building hyper-local, AI-optimized area pages around these searches—complete with listings, community overviews, and local insights—your site becomes the go-to answer for both Google and AI bots.

Our service includes developing a comprehensive content architecture, featuring 5, 10, or 30 Main Area Pages, each supported by 32 AI-optimized Sub-Pages. These Sub-Pages, organized within expandable menus on your site, capture targeted local and lifestyle-based queries—boosting your visibility in AI search results, improving organic rankings, and driving consistent, high-quality leads straight to your CRM.
With structured data, schema markup, and conversational content formatting, your real estate website becomes more than just a destination—it becomes AI-readable, voice-search ready, and future-proofed for how homebuyers actually search today.

Our Packages have changed!
We recently completed an in-depth review of our SiteBoostRE Packages — including a comparison against similar offerings in the market — and confirmed that our pricing was significantly lower than industry standards.
At the same time, the new “AI Discoverability” content format and advanced page specific schema requires a much larger production and quality assurance effort than our previous structure.
Because of this, we’ve made necessary adjustments to both pricing and package scope. The Basic, Premium, and Platinum levels, which previously included 30, 60, and 100 Areas, have now been revised to 5, 10, and 30 Areas. This ensures we can maintain the high-quality, AI-optimized content that produces real results.
Order one of our SiteBoostRE Standard Packages or Subscriptions below!
We have packages and subscriptions that include 5, 10, or even 30 Areas!
We also have SiteBoostRE Subscriptions. More pages, less $$$!
We require a 6-month commitment for any level subscription.
For Google, a website that consistently shows signs of life is like a well-tended garden – it signals value and relevance. Regular activity, such as posting new blog articles, updating product information, or adding fresh resources, indicates that the website is actively maintained and offers current information to its visitors. This continuous flow of new content acts as a signal to Google’s algorithms that the site is dynamic and evolving, making it more likely to be considered a valuable resource for search queries. Furthermore, frequent updates provide Google’s crawlers with more opportunities to index new pages and content, potentially leading to a wider range of keywords for which the site can rank. In essence, a website that regularly publishes fresh, high-quality content and demonstrates ongoing engagement is more likely to earn Google’s favor, ultimately contributing to improved search engine rankings and greater visibility.
You identify the Areas you want to target.
You give us a list of the Cities, Subdivisions, Neighborhoods, Communities, or School Districts you want to target, then decide how many new Area Pages you want added each round.
We build the pages, then resubmit your sitemap to the Google Search Console.
We build the Area Pages, each of which will have an interactive map, calls-to-action, Google’s AI-generated descriptions, and up to 32 hyper-local SEO pages per area.
Once the pages are built, we will resubmit your sitemap to the Google Search Console to help “push” Google to index the new pages.
Rinse and repeat.
We wait 60 days, giving Google a chance to re-index the site, then we move down the list to the next round of areas!
What’s an Area Page?
An Area Page is a dedicated webpage focused on a specific geographic location, such as a county, city, township, borough, subdivision, neighborhood, or school district. These pages are strategically designed to attract organic traffic to the website by targeting search queries related to real estate in a particular area. The objective is to optimize the page so that when potential buyers search for terms like “Homes for sale in [Neighborhood]” or “Homes for sale in [City],” the corresponding Area Page on your site appears prominently in search engine results.
Area Pages can be based on:
- Counties
- Cities
- Townships
- Boroughs
- Subdivisions
- Neighborhoods
- School Districts
They just need to be based on fields we can “drill down” to using your MLS. These pages can also be created based on a combination of multiple geographic areas, such as multiple cities or subdivisions. For instance, we can develop a page titled “West Valley Homes for Sale,” encompassing the six cities that collectively form “The West Valley.” Additionally, Area Pages can be tailored to include a combination of multiple neighborhoods. For example, “The Enclave” may not be an official term within the MLS, but it is widely recognized in your market and consists of six distinct neighborhoods.
