Our Packages have changed!
We recently completed an in-depth review of our SiteBoostRE Packages — including a comparison against similar offerings in the market — and confirmed that our pricing was significantly lower than industry standards.
At the same time, the new “AI Discoverability” content format and advanced page specific schema requires a much larger production and quality assurance effort than our previous structure.
Because of this, we’ve made necessary adjustments to both pricing and package scope. The Basic, Premium, and Platinum levels, which previously included 30, 60, and 100 Areas, have now been revised to 5, 10, and 30 Areas. This ensures we can maintain the high-quality, AI-optimized content that produces real results.

What’s an Area Page?
An Area Page is a dedicated webpage focused on a specific geographic location, such as a county, city, township, borough, subdivision, neighborhood, or school district. These pages are strategically designed to attract organic traffic to the website by targeting search queries related to real estate in a particular area. The objective is to optimize the page so that when potential buyers search for terms like “Homes for sale in [Neighborhood]” or “Homes for sale in [City],” the corresponding Area Page on your site appears prominently in search engine results.
Area Pages can be based on:
- Counties
- Cities
- Townships
- Boroughs
- Subdivisions
- Neighborhoods
- School Districts
They just need to be based on fields we can “drill down” to using your MLS. These pages can also be created based on a combination of multiple geographic areas, such as multiple cities or subdivisions. For instance, we can develop a page titled “West Valley Homes for Sale,” encompassing the six cities that collectively form “The West Valley.” Additionally, Area Pages can be tailored to include a combination of multiple neighborhoods. For example, “The Enclave” may not be an official term within the MLS, but it is widely recognized in your market and consists of six distinct neighborhoods.
