Real Geeks Buyer Broker Compensation Page

Need a way to display your Buyer Broker Compensations on your Real Geeks site?

With the recent settlement by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), transparency in real estate transactions has become a focal point. Brokerages and real estate agents now face a greater need to display Buyer Broker Compensations clearly and openly. A dedicated page lets agents and Brokerages provide detailed information about Buyer Broker Compensations.

Compliance with Regulations

The new NAR settlement necessitates compliance with updated regulations. Compensations cannot be displayed on the MLS, but a separate page outside of the MLS ensures that agents and brokerages meet these requirements.

Competitive Advantage

Brokerages and agents proactively displaying their compensation structure can gain a competitive edge. Transparency can be a differentiating factor in a crowded market and this can enhance an agent’s or brokerage’s reputation, lead to increased referrals and repeat business.

Simplified Decision-Making

Agents who have all relevant information upfront, including Buyer Broker Compensations, can make decisions more confidently.

How does it work?

Our Buyer Broker Compensation pages use the Real Geeks “Coming Soon” templates but add additional functionality to make the process as easy as possible!

Fill out the “Info Formatter”

We will add a page to your site with the “Info Formatter” tool so that any of your agents can access and utilize it.

Copy the Code

The Info Formatter tool generates code for the description area of a Coming Soon templated page.

Add a new Coming Soon page

You just copy the code from the Info Formatter in the step above and add it to the description area of a new Coming Soon page. Add a Title, one image, and you’re done!

How do you send other agents to the page?

We recommend using a “vanity URL” and redirecting that domain to the page, something easy to remember, like “www.reginascomps.com”. That way, you don’t have to have a link to the page displayed anywhere on your site, and you can make it very easy for other agents to find it!
