The System Collects:

1. Contact Information
   Name, email address, phone number, home address, secondary contact information.
2. Real Estate Related Information
   Home address, home ownership, home equity, and when the home was purchased.
3. Website Information
   Which page they landed on, what they were searching for.
4. Compliance – CAN-SPAM Act
   It pings the DNC list and will display if they are on it. It will show if it’s a valid email address, and ALL the leads captured have opted in to receive emails.
5. CRM
   It will sync the lead with your CRM, set the source to whatever you choose, and you can tag the leads with various helpful information.
